HR Business Partner (HRBP)

📍 Tashkent, Uzbekistan
A leading international global enterprise in renewable energy, ACWA Power, is looking for experienced HRBP to join the growing People & Culture team in Tashkent.
We are considering candidates from the CIS region ready to relocate.
Your Main Responsibilities:
— Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business functions and project sites across Uzbekistan.
— Partner closely with line managers and senior leadership to align HR initiatives with core business objectives.
— Oversee the end-to-end HR lifecycle: talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
— Drive employee engagement, retention, and continuous development programs.
— Ensure full alignment with local Uzbekistan labor laws and global corporate frameworks.
— Deliver coaching and advisory support to managers and teams on all HR-related aspects.
Requirements for Candidates:
— Education: Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in a related field.
— Languages: Advanced English and Uzbek are mandatory (Russian is a strong plus).
— Experience: Strong background in HR operations, labor law compliance, and stakeholder management. Experience in greenfield, transformation, or startup projects is highly welcome.
— Core Traits: High level of integrity, solution-focused approach, and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively under pressure.
