What you will do

• Provide contracting expertise and negotiate business agreements for customers, channel partners, and vendors.
• Offer legal advice on European data privacy laws, employment law, and IP protection.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines to drive consistency across the business.
• Prepare contract paperwork, analyze data, and advise management on contractual rights and obligations.

Requirements

• Law degree and a current license to practice in home country.
• Minimum of 3 years of in-house legal experience.
• Must be located in the UK.
• International experience in the UK and Europe is required.
• Strong command of English.
• Knowledge of legal issues affecting software companies, specifically data privacy, employment, and general corporate law.

Nice to have

• Ability to negotiate in French, German, or Italian.
• Experience in the Telecommunications industry.
