What you will do

• Partner with Growth, Operations, and Procurement teams on customer and supplier engagements.
• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of B2B SaaS and supplier contracts.
• Advise on commercial risk allocation, pricing structures, and liability.
• Enable scalable contracting practices for go-to-market and procurement activities.
• Manage data protection and compliance risks within commercial agreements.
• Develop and maintain commercial templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidelines.

Requirements

• Law degree (LL.M. or equivalent) and qualification to practice in the UK or an EU jurisdiction.
• 3-5 years of experience at a top-tier law firm or as in-house counsel.
• Must be based in London for on-site work.
• Strong experience negotiating complex B2B SaaS agreements.
• Experience with data privacy, IT security, or corporate law.
• Application and university transcript must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish and/or German.
• Keen interest in AI and legal technology.
