What you will do

• Manage relationships with existing content and course partners, acting as the primary point of contact for onboarding and performance management.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new content partners to expand the platform's portfolio based on quality and commercial viability.
• Guide partners through course creation and submission workflows to ensure adherence to quality and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with internal compliance, product, and instructional design teams to ensure smooth course launches.
• Build and maintain governance documentation for partner communication and course review cycles.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in partner management, vendor management, content operations, or program management.
• Experience working with external vendors on content, education, or digital platforms.
• Strong communication, coordination, and ability to manage multiple partner timelines.
• Experience working within compliance-driven environments.
