What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of CDP-related initiatives from scoping to activation.
• Build and maintain detailed cross-functional project plans and resource allocations.
• Proactively identify risks and drive resolution across teams without direct authority.
• Oversee data ingestion, identity resolution, and audience segmentation processes.
• Manage CDP vendor relationships, ensuring accountability to SLAs and delivery commitments.
• Translate technical complexity into clear status and impact communications for executive audiences.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in technical program management.
• Must be based in Colombia, Argentina, Uruguay, or Mexico.
• Proven ability to drive alignment across teams without direct authority.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and SLA performance.
• Strong executive communication skills for VP- and C-level audiences.
• Experience maintaining structured program governance artifacts like RAID logs and project plans.

Nice to have

• 2–3+ years of direct experience with CDPs like Segment, mParticle, or Salesforce CDP.
• Background in MarTech or enterprise data platform programs.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, or financial services industries.
• PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification.
