TL;DR
Senior Program Manager (EdTech): Implementing and maintaining the global NextGen Academy initiative to onboard and develop technical talent with an accent on technical training and stakeholder management. Focus on scaling global academy sites, designing cohort-based learning experiences, and aligning training programs with business needs.
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania. Must be based in Lithuania (salary range applies only to candidates in this location). Hybrid and remote models are available.
Salary: €36,000 - €61,200 / year

What you will do
- Oversee the delivery of comprehensive technical training programs covering software development, AI, and emerging technologies.
- Execute the strategic vision for the academy to ensure training evolves with industry trends and aligns with business goals.
- Collaborate with People, Engineering, and Leadership teams to identify skill gaps and support talent development strategies.
- Manage the operations and delivery of multiple global Academy sites while preparing to scale and launch new locations.
- Establish feedback loops and quality assessment mechanisms to continuously iterate and improve Academy programs.
- Foster partnerships with external industry experts and academic institutions to attract top talent.
Requirements
- Proven track record in onboarding, technical training, or talent development.
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and performance management.
- Experience with cohort-based learning and early career development programs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across diverse cultures and time zones.
- Experience with budget management and program execution.
- Must be based in Lithuania.

- Experience with Workday, SharePoint, or Microsoft Teams.
