What you will do
- Own the development, speaker coordination, and execution of enablement programs including workshops and office hours.
- Disseminate information to the sales organization and manage the weekly enablement newsletter.
- Facilitate a corporate-wide learning culture by managing platforms like Highspot.
- Partner with program managers to maintain a self-service learning track for field skill development.
- Collaborate with PM and PMM teams to ensure messaging consistency and accuracy in training content.
- Develop content and programs for the annual Sales Kick Off.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of professional experience, preferably in enterprise technology.
- Experience in running global programs focused on driving field performance.
- Exposure to cloud solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging content.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and Content Management Systems like Mindtickle and Highspot.
- Ability to manage complex programs and events simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B Enterprise Technology sales.
- Prior experience with reporting, analytics, and dashboards including Excel and Tableau.
