What you will do

• Lead complex client transformations, including legacy modernization and on-prem-to-cloud migrations.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for multi-domain issues within cloud delivery engagements.
• Ensure environment readiness and stability across development, test, and production stages.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks while aligning with stakeholders on scope and success criteria.
• Drive resolution of high-severity incidents by coordinating with engineering, product, and cloud operations.
• Mentor Cloud Delivery Specialists to build technical depth and delivery consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of industry experience in cloud delivery, technical consulting, or implementation.
• Pega CSSA certification required (CLSA preferred).
• Proven experience delivering complex client engagements and working with technical leaders.
• Must be based in the US; sponsorship or visa transfers are not provided.

Nice to have

• Expertise in cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, PCF, or GCP.
• Knowledge of application servers like WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat, or JBoss.
• Experience with Oracle, Postgres, MSSQL, or DB2/UDB databases.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, SQL, CSS/HTML, and integration protocols (SOAP, MQ, JMS).
