What you will do

• Maintain operational systems and databases (matter, contract, and request-intake tools) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Administer legal technology tools, including the Contract Management System, in collaboration with IT and vendors.
• Coordinate with Legal, Accounting, and Outside Counsel to provide data regarding invoiced legal fees.
• Assist the Corporate Development team with internal due diligence and database administration for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Document, standardize, and continuously improve Legal Department processes and workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional documentation and information requests from customers and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, legal studies, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in legal operations, business operations, or a similar role.
• Experience working with databases or structured data tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in Pittsburgh, PA.
• No relocation offered for this position.
