What you will do

• Develop new broker relationships through inbound leads and strategic outreach.
• Contribute to the sales strategy by identifying target brokers and clients for outbound campaigns.
• Drive achievement of target quotas, qualified opportunities, and sales pipeline value.
• Support the BD Director on post-sales activities and strategic relationship management for mid-to-large brokers.
• Analyze performance trends and provide strategic guidance during brokers' Success Reviews.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of insurance and technology solutions to effectively address broker needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cyber insurance with demonstrated ability in sales management.
• Established broker relationships in the Paris and Ile-de-France area.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English.
• Must be based in Paris or the Ile-de-France region.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and capacity to learn technical concepts quickly.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and virtual environment.

• Experience within other Financial Lines of insurance.
• Established relationships with additional European broker partners.
