What you will do

• Drive growth and generate opportunities through key channel partners and MSPs.
• Manage long-term relationships with senior management within channel accounts to ensure awareness of company value.
• Define and execute business plans, including Quarterly Business Reviews, to deepen partner traction.
• Recruit, enable, and develop targeted Distributors, Resellers, and System Integrators.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize pull-through content and revenue.
• Perform accurate weekly forecasting and monitor competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Experience in channel account management or partner sales.
• Ability to conduct market research and profile major accounts to identify revenue opportunities.
• Proficiency in using advanced CRM tools to maintain detailed records of activities and pipeline status.
• Location: Must be based in Singapore
• Ability to achieve monthly and annual revenue and KPI targets.
