TL;DR

Channel Account Manager (Cybersecurity): Building and maintaining strategic, long-term relationships with SMB clients while driving revenue growth for security software products with an accent on consultative sales and partner engagement. Focus on expanding named accounts, managing the sales pipeline in CRM, and executing complex negotiation strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.

Location: Must be based in Singapore, hybrid work model.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with SMB clients.
  • Prospect, develop, and close renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within named accounts.
  • Manage sales activities in CRM and contribute to accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to provide security solutions and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Execute a hunter/farmer sales strategy to enlarge revenue within existing enterprise accounts.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to align on goals and optimize revenue.

Requirements

  • 4 years of total work experience with at least 2 years of field sales experience in software or technology.
  • B2 level English proficiency required for clear communication and negotiation.
  • Proven ability to manage sales processes and pipelines using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to conduct strategic account planning for SMB customers.
  • Understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and ability to sell security solutions.
  • Must be based in Singapore and comfortable with a hybrid work schedule.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the cybersecurity sector.
  • Direct experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Strong background in SaaS sales.
