What you will do
- Design and execute success plans for a book of strategic enterprise customers throughout their entire lifecycle.
- Drive and report on customer health, satisfaction, retention, and growth targets (ARR/NRR).
- Act as the voice of the customer, gathering insights and collaborating with Product Development to improve the solution.
- Lead product training and health checks to ensure the solution has a concrete impact on customer operations.
- Collaborate with Technical Delivery and Sales teams to maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Assist in developing and enhancing processes and systems for the overall Customer Success program.
Requirements
- Must be based in France.
- French speaking proficiency is required.
- 5+ years of experience as a CSM or Technical Account Manager in a Cybersecurity SaaS company.
- Hands-on experience with security product enablement, including Active Directory and Entra ID security posture.
- Strong understanding of security concepts (NIST IR, MITRE Attack framework, APTs) and IAM.
- Knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
Nice to have
- Experience with SFDC (Salesforce).
- Deep expertise with Active Directory.
