TL;DR

Enterprise Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing strategic customer lifecycles from onboarding to renewal for enterprise business customers with an accent on technical product enablement and security posture optimization. Focus on driving ARR/NRR growth, identifying product gaps, and translating complex security telemetry into business value.

What you will do

  • Design and execute success plans for a book of strategic enterprise customers throughout their entire lifecycle.
  • Drive and report on customer health, satisfaction, retention, and growth targets (ARR/NRR).
  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering insights and collaborating with Product Development to improve the solution.
  • Lead product training and health checks to ensure the solution has a concrete impact on customer operations.
  • Collaborate with Technical Delivery and Sales teams to maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Assist in developing and enhancing processes and systems for the overall Customer Success program.

Requirements

  • Must be based in France.
  • French speaking proficiency is required.
  • 5+ years of experience as a CSM or Technical Account Manager in a Cybersecurity SaaS company.
  • Hands-on experience with security product enablement, including Active Directory and Entra ID security posture.
  • Strong understanding of security concepts (NIST IR, MITRE Attack framework, APTs) and IAM.
  • Knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2).

Nice to have

  • Experience with SFDC (Salesforce).
  • Deep expertise with Active Directory.
