What you will do

  • Lead sales strategy and drive growth for the Application Access Governance product line.
  • Execute sales presentations and manage customer relationships throughout the lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and partner teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Train and enable field sales and customer success teams on platform capabilities and competitive positioning.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing insights on risk, controls, and compliance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to optimize sales performance and revenue acceleration.

Requirements

  • Must be located in London or Paris or within commutable distance.
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within Application Access Governance or related technology.
  • Strong understanding of subscription-based business models and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including product and marketing.

Nice to have

  • 4+ years of experience managing Segregation of Duties.
  • Strong understanding of risk, controls, and compliance regulations (GDPR, Sarbanes-Oxley).
  • Knowledge of security models for ERP, EHR, or CRM applications (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce).
