Compensation: $130,000–$145,000 base salary + bonus

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing and implementation for key ingredient and raw material categories.
• Drive supplier identification, evaluation, negotiation, and performance management to ensure cost and quality objectives.
• Own procurement strategy for New Product Development (NPD), ensuring ingredient readiness for commercialization.
• Partner with Materials Planning and Finance on demand forecasting and margin management.
• Integrate sustainability initiatives, such as regenerative agriculture, into the sourcing strategy.
• Develop and maintain procurement KPIs, dashboards, and executive-ready sourcing analyses.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or related fields.
• 5+ years of direct procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
• Proven track record of driving sourcing strategy in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Experience leading supplier negotiations and contract execution in partnership with Legal.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to make decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Must be based in the United States
