Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 Annually

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end supplier relationships to achieve business requirements and drive performance.
• Convert demand signals into compliant purchase orders according to contractual terms and company processes.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, A&T, and Planning teams to align on buffer strategies and procurement methods.
• Evaluate supplier performance, identify risks, and lead root cause investigations for continuous improvement.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and development activities.
• Ensure continuity of supply and address operational issues with urgency across different time zones.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Experience in managing supplier/customer relationships and procurement processes.
• Experience performing Lean/Six Sigma problem-solving analysis.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS.
• Ability to pass a full physical including bloodwork and Pulmonary Function testing.
