What you will do

• Raise and amend Purchase Orders (POs) and create PO overviews for the business.
• Manage samples for fits, sign-off meetings, rack ups, and photo shoot campaigns.
• Oversee the critical path, coordinating with the Tech team and chasing overseas suppliers to ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain and update key product information in Centric for cross-team visibility.
• Build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with overseas suppliers.
• Conduct weekly comparative shopping and benchmarking reports for market analysis.

Requirements

• Degree in fashion or previous internship experience in a fashion environment.
• Strong knowledge of the fashion industry.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis skills.
• Competent communication skills for internal and external supplier coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Meticulous attention to detail and effective time management.
