What you will do

• Manage stock levels and raise purchase orders to support business demand.
• Liaise with 3rd party logistics providers via email and phone.
• Process dispatch paperwork and manage documentation using SAP and RF systems.
• Handle queries through the SAP workflow and assist colleagues with technical issues.
• Investigate OTIF (On-Time In-Full) misses to improve service levels.
• Perform general administrative duties to support the operations site.

Requirements

• Strong numeracy and statistics skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP and RF systems is a significant advantage.
• Ability to maintain high accuracy while meeting strict deadlines.
