Buyers Admin Assistant (Retail): Supporting the buying team and global brands in delivering streetwear and sportswear products with an accent on trade reporting, trend analysis, and sample management. Focus on identifying emerging fashion trends, conducting competitor reviews, and ensuring product consistency across ecommerce and physical stores.

Location: Hybrid in Greater Manchester, UK (This is not a remote role)

Leading UK-based retailer specializing in streetwear and sportswear with a strong focus on digital transformation and data-driven decision-making.

What you will do

  • Produce weekly trade reports to update internal teams and brand partners on performance, opportunities, and risks.
  • Create look books and alignment documents to ensure consistency across the business.
  • Conduct ongoing trend and market analysis through retail visits and competitor reviews.
  • Attend brand meetings to gain insight into upcoming product focuses and seasonal directions.
  • Manage sample ordering for key product lines and collaborate with marketing for go-to-market execution.
  • Monitor social media platforms to identify early trends relevant to the target demographic.

Requirements

  • Strong passion for footwear and a deep interest in the wider sportswear and high-street market.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with internal and external partners.
  • Analytical and organizational skills with the ability to interpret data and manage multiple tasks.
  • Must be based in or able to attend the Head Office/Studio in Greater Manchester in a hybrid capacity.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for reporting and data-driven decision-making.
