What you will do

  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and building owners to pre-bid new installation and modernization projects.
  • Conduct onsite surveys, review blueprints, and prepare accurate, profitable quoting packages.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to communicate the value of elevator modernization offerings.
  • Present bids to customers, explaining technical performance, durability, and equipment characteristics.
  • Partner with operations, legal, and sales support teams to negotiate scopes of work and finalize contracts.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and customer relationships using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Livonia/Detroit, MI.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and drawings.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive follow-up skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
