What you will do

• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure deadlines are met.
• Guide clients through product configuration to align the platform with their unique business objectives and maximize engagement.
• Cultivate strong client relationships through reliability, transparency, and a solutions-oriented approach.
• De-escalate client concerns and misunderstandings using emotional intelligence and proactive problem-solving.
• Maintain accurate project records and visibility within Salesforce and Monday.com.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex challenges and ensure smooth hand-offs.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of client-facing and project management experience.
• 1-2 years of product configuration experience within the SaaS or tech industry.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Lindon, Utah.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Monday.com.
