What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders to assess capability needs and shape learning plans aligned to business strategy.
• Design blended learning programmes using a variety of development methods and adult learning principles.
• Facilitate high-impact sessions, including leadership and talent development programmes and workshops.
• Own end-to-end programme design, from defining outcomes and learner journeys to ensuring sustainable practice.
• Leverage learning tools and platforms to build digital learning and scale programmes across the organisation.
• Manage learning initiatives end-to-end, overseeing scope, governance, suppliers, and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a talent and development role within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience designing and delivering bespoke programmes across multiple business areas.
• Strong facilitation skills with experience in leadership and talent development.
• Hands-on experience with learning tools and platforms and learning design capability.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills to influence senior leaders.
• Successful candidates must demonstrate eligibility to work in Ireland.
