What you will do

• Develop company-wide learning strategies to foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Design and implement scalable learning programs using blended, microlearning, and AI-first approaches.
• Integrate AI-powered tools for personalized learning journeys and automated content creation.
• Manage end-to-end learning programs, including budgeting and vendor management.
• Administer and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital tools.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness through analytics, feedback, and business impact metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of L&D experience within global high-tech organizations.
• Strong instructional design expertise with experience using AI-based instruments.
• Proven track record of developing power skills programs and e-learning modules.
• Familiarity with AI trends in HR and skills-based organizational models.
• Experience in LMS administration and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or Education.
