What you will do

• Lead and coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
• Plan and manage internal and external training programs to close identified competency gaps.
• Develop training materials, soft skills programs, and learning content aligned with company culture.
• Support leadership development, mentoring, and succession planning initiatives.
• Manage training logistics, including scheduling, venue setup, and vendor relationships.
• Track training effectiveness and design assessment methods to evaluate learning outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in L&D or Talent Development within multinational companies.
• Proven track record of organizing and driving training programs independently.
• Strong coordination, organization, and project management abilities.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments.
• English communication skills (both written and spoken)
