What you will do
- Lead and coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Plan and manage internal and external training programs to close identified competency gaps.
- Develop training materials, soft skills programs, and learning content aligned with company culture.
- Support leadership development, mentoring, and succession planning initiatives.
- Manage training logistics, including scheduling, venue setup, and vendor relationships.
- Track training effectiveness and design assessment methods to evaluate learning outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in L&D or Talent Development within multinational companies.
- Proven track record of organizing and driving training programs independently.
- Strong coordination, organization, and project management abilities.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments.
- English communication skills (both written and spoken)
