Financial Controller (Finance): Supporting the Finance Hub setup and pilot rollout with an accent on controlling, reporting, and process standardization. Focus on preparing monthly financial reports, consolidating data from multiple entities, and improving KPI templates.

Location: Hybrid in Sant Joan Despí, Spain (3 days remote)

What you will do

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports including Actual vs Budget and Forecasts.
• Identify key variances, trends, and performance drivers to provide business insights.
• Consolidate and validate data from multiple entities ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and improve standardized reports, templates, and KPIs.
• Support the execution of pilot processes and transition activities into the Finance Hub.
• Collaborate with HQ and local finance teams to validate outputs and align processes.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial controlling, preferably in a technological or project-driven environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerBI for reporting and data analysis.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) for communication with international teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from Sant Joan Despí, Spain.
