What you will do

• Own the end-to-end budget, forecasting, and financial planning process for specific business units.
• Build and maintain financial models to support commercial decisions and strategic investment cases.
• Act as the primary finance partner for Marketing, Product, Growth, and Commercial teams.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews with variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate the ROI of marketing campaigns, product investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities to present to leadership in a decision-ready format.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A or financial business partnering.
• Proven track record of influencing non-finance teams and senior management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong financial modeling skills.
• Experience in digital, SaaS, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.
• Familiarity with digital metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, MRR, and churn.
• Proficiency with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI and basic knowledge of Python.
