What you will do

• Support Territory Managers in meeting or exceeding sales targets for surgical tables and infection control products.
• Conduct product demonstrations, equipment trials, and in-servicing for hospital staff.
• Manage sales forecasting, data reporting, and CRM updates on a weekly basis.
• Assist in creating business cases and ROI justifications for potential customers.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations to physicians and hospital management.
• Provide post-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and territory growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in B2B or medical sales.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a demanding matrix environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools.
