What you will do

• Develop and implement territory business plans to meet or exceed annual sales revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospital personnel, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct sales calls, product presentations, and demonstrations to secure purchasing commitments.
• Observe procedures in operating rooms and ICUs to understand clinical needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate and close local and IDN-level sales contracts.
• Forecast revenue accurately and manage territory resources effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of medical device experience selling or supporting cardiac surgery therapies in OR or ICU environments.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing complex sales contracts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
