What you will do

• Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers to assess Data & AI infrastructure and AI/ML maturity.
• Own the technical sales cycle, identifying high-value business cases and architecting scalable graph-based solutions.
• Plan and orchestrate the delivery of strategic Proof-of-Value (PoV) activities with clients.
• Collaborate with product teams to feed real-world customer insights back into the RapidMiner graph roadmap.
• Demonstrate how Graph Studio & Graph Lakehouse enhance LLM accuracy, reduce hallucinations, and enable autonomous agents.
• Advise C-suite and technical stakeholders on enterprise Data-and-AI strategy and roadmaps.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, sales engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
• Deep understanding of knowledge graphs, semantic web technologies, graph databases, or data fabrics.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical problems in simple terms.
• Proven ability to influence executives and guide enterprise-scale AI adoption.
• Full professional proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in or able to work from Frankfurt, Munich, Nuremberg, Stuttgart, or Cologne.

Nice to have

• Exposure to RAG, Agentic AI, or enterprise GenAI deployments.
• Knowledge of low-code AI tools.
