TL;DR

Sales Partner Manager (SaaS/Partnerships): Developing and managing the DACH partner ecosystem to drive revenue through VARs, hyperscalers, and local services partners with an accent on joint go-to-market programs and pipeline generation. Focus on scaling the partner motion, forging executive relationships, and aligning partner activity with the direct sales pipeline.

Location: Based in Munich. Hybrid: Office attendance required on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (Anchor Days).

What you will do

  • Own and grow the DACH partner ecosystem, including VARs, cloud hyperscalers, and local services partners.
  • Build and execute joint go-to-market programs with regional partners.
  • Manage hyperscaler partnerships and oversee cloud marketplace deal flow.
  • Align partner activity with the DACH sales pipeline to drive resell and co-sell opportunities.
  • Develop executive relationships with partner leadership across the region.
  • Track and report on partner-sourced pipeline and program performance to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or alliances within enterprise SaaS or cloud software.
  • Proven experience managing both VAR/reseller programs and hyperscaler partnerships.
  • Track record of standing up partner programs and driving measurable outcomes.
  • Must be based in Munich with deep knowledge of the DACH technology market.
  • Strong demand generation orientation and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to operate effectively in hyper-growth or startup environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience with cloud marketplace programs and hyperscaler co-sell motions.
  • Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) models.
  • Existing relationships with DACH-based VARs or systems integrators.
  • Cross-market EMEA experience.
