What you will do

• Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts and prioritize collection efforts.
• Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing and usage discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, resolution actions, and follow-up activities.
• Retrieve and analyze invoice data via NetSuite to ensure billing aligns with contract terms.
• Review customer contracts in Salesforce to ensure an accurate understanding of billing terms and conditions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem resolution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL.
