What you will do

• Resolve customer billing, invoicing, tax, and payment inquiries via Salesforce, email, and phone.
• Analyze invoices, credits, and payment history to identify discrepancies and root causes.
• Apply basic accounting concepts to evaluate and resolve billing disputes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Billing, Accounting, Collections, and Sales Operations.
• Document cases accurately and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process and documentation improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in customer support, billing operations, or financial operations.
• 2+ years of foundational understanding of billing, payments, credits, and basic accounting principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in learning systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Power BI, and Excel.

• Awareness of tax considerations such as sales tax or exemptions.
