What you will do

• Manage end-to-end billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms and ASC 606 standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of 6+ billing professionals, overseeing performance management and resource allocation.
• Partner with IT, Finance, and Customer Success to resolve billing issues and implement process improvements.
• Utilize AI and internal software tools to maximize operational productivity and transactional integrity.
• Conduct audits, reconciliations, and financial reporting to mitigate risk and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with system conversions and new client implementations across business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 3-5 years of billing experience with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
• 1-3 years of experience managing people, including hiring and performance development.
• Proficiency in Oracle financial systems and Salesforce CRM.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Understanding of ASC 606 revenue standards.
