Pay Range: $85-95k + bonus based on experience

What you will do

• Prepare, review, and issue accurate invoices across subscription, appraisal, and implementation revenue streams.
• Validate billing against contracts, maintain recurring schedules, manage renewals, and ensure timely billing cycles.
• Support revenue close activities, maintain and reconcile deferred revenue, and perform monthly revenue account reconciliations.
• Analyze ARR/MRR movement, churn, expansions, and contract modifications.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate billing processes and contribute to financial systems improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance & Accounting team, prepare audit schedules, and respond to customer billing inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 2–4+ years of experience in billing, revenue operations, or accounting.
• Strong understanding of SaaS subscription models, contract billing, and revenue processes.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups) with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
• Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, or billing platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.
