What you will do

• Manage end-to-end billing cycles, transaction tracking, and invoice preparation across multiple systems.
• Reconcile transactions between internal systems, payment processors, banks, and accounting records.
• Investigate billing discrepancies, identify root causes, and coordinate corrections with internal and external teams.
• Validate financial data including transaction fees, commissions, refunds, chargebacks, and settlements.
• Design and maintain advanced Excel reporting templates and Power BI dashboards for operational reporting.
• Automate recurring financial reports using Power BI, Excel, or Python to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in billing, reconciliation, financial operations, or reporting roles.
• Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, transaction reconciliation, refunds, and settlements.
• English level B2 or higher required for professional communication and report preparation.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas) and strong Power BI knowledge.
• Experience working with large transactional datasets and performing data validation.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or SaaS.
• Knowledge of accounting/billing systems, payment flows, VAT, and revenue recognition.
• Python, SQL, or database querying skills for data processing.
• Relevant certifications in accounting or financial analysis.
