Forward Deployed Engineer (AI Solutions Engineering): Designing and deploying low-code AI automation and integration workflows for SMB customers with an accent on API connectivity and AI agent optimization. What you will do

  • Lead customer discovery and design sessions to map business processes and define solution architectures.
  • Design, build, and deploy integrations using low/no-code platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato) and CRM automation (HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Configure and optimize AI Agents by defining intents, prompts, actions, and performance metrics.
  • Manage complex cross-functional deployments and create reusable technical frameworks and playbooks.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share field learnings and shape the AI Voice Agent roadmap.
  • Own regional top-line targets for AI products and run targeted outbound campaigns to accelerate adoption.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or integration-focused project management.
  • Strong command of APIs, webhooks, and data structures (JSON, REST, GraphQL).
  • Hands-on experience with low-code orchestration tools and CRM automation.
  • Practical understanding of AI workflow configuration, including prompt engineering and evaluation.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage stakeholders between technical and business audiences.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the Berlin office

Nice to have

  • Experience in telephony, voice, or contact center systems (SIP/WebRTC).
  • Familiarity with BI and analytics tools such as Looker, BigQuery, or Snowflake.
  • Basic scripting skills in JavaScript or Python for customization and debugging.
