What you will do

• Engage with strategic customers to identify critical pain points and audio AI use cases.
• Design and architect bespoke integrations to embed voice AI technology into customer workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate field insights into software improvements.
• Build and deliver compelling technical demos for diverse audiences, including C-suite executives.
• Guide customers on best practices for maximizing the effectiveness of AI models.
• Take full ownership of end-to-end project execution for high-impact strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany
• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to summarize complex technical concepts.
• Proven track record of taking ownership of complex projects and delivering results.
• Technical aptitude to quickly master voice and audio AI models.
