What you will do

  • Design and evolve the framework for AI agents, automation workflows, LLM integrations, and RAG systems.
  • Actively contribute to the codebase, building AI toolchains and event-driven automation using real ERP data.
  • Collaborate with the founder to identify and validate AI automation opportunities based on real customer pain points.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-velocity team of elite builders, fostering a pragmatic engineering culture.
  • Act as the internal authority on AI, aligning with Product and Engineering departments to integrate AI capabilities.

Requirements

  • Track record as a Staff/Principal Engineer or Technical Founder at the intersection of Architecture, Product, and Leadership.
  • Deep experience in backend system architecture, distributed systems, and API design.
  • High proficiency in LLM orchestration, AI agents, and data pipelines.
  • Fluent in both English and German.
  • Must be based in Europe for remote work options.
