What you will do

• Lead executive-level workshops to identify business challenges and define AI adoption roadmaps.
• Architect end-to-end AI solutions, integrating models into customer workflows and technical infrastructure.
• Partner with the Applied AI team to prototype and deploy production-ready solutions.
• Translate industrial engineering challenges into AI use cases, specifically for physics-based simulations.
• Navigate enterprise IT constraints, including air-gapped environments and on-prem HPC clusters.
• Travel (30–60%) to foster client relationships and support on-site deployments.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-facing strategic and technical role (e.g., data science consulting, value engineering).
• Deep understanding of computational mechanics, numerical methods (FEM/CFD/DEM), or multi-physics simulation.
• Familiarity with industry tools like Ansys, COMSOL, OpenFOAM, or SimScale.
• Solid foundations in AI/ML/Data Science with hands-on experience in Python or JavaScript.
• Executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with VP/C-level stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Paris, London, Munich, Madrid, or Amsterdam.

Nice to have

• Experience with sales qualification frameworks like MEDDPICC.
• Experience with value-based selling.
