What you will do

• Ship end-to-end LLM-powered features and autonomous agents from idea to production.
• Integrate LLMs via API (OpenAI, Anthropic) using tool calling, streaming, and RAG.
• Co-own and maintain backend infrastructure utilizing C#, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with founders to analyze customer workflows and prototype agent features.
• Treat prompts as code by writing, testing, and evaluating them to improve agent performance.
• Proactively identify new opportunities where AI agents can create measurable value for users.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping LLM features as part of a professional role or high-traction side project.
• Strong backend expertise in C#, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in LLM integration techniques, including RAG and tool calling.
• Ability to think in user journeys rather than just models or endpoints.
• English: C1 level required.
• Location: Hybrid (Hamburg office) or other suitable locations.

Nice to have

• First-hand experience building agents at an early-stage or prototype level.
• Fullstack experience with a clear backend focus.
