TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Generating high-quality leads and booking meetings for the sales team in the Irish market with an accent on B2B outreach and lead qualification. Focus on cold calling, emailing, and utilizing LinkedIn to drive pipeline growth for telematics and fleet management solutions.

Location: Hybrid (Galway, Ireland). Mainly work is organized from the office.

Salary: Base salary from 2700 EUR Gross + bonus (monthly)

What you will do

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the Irish market.
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify leads through discovery conversations and book meetings for the Sales Manager.
  • Collaborate with the Growth team to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report on sales activities.
  • Provide prospect feedback to improve product positioning and sales approaches.

Requirements

  • Native English and excellent communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Resilience and the ability to handle rejection effectively.
  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn CRM and sales engagement platforms.
