Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Generating high-quality leads and booking meetings for the sales team in the Irish market with an accent on B2B outreach and lead qualification. Location: Hybrid (Galway, Ireland). Mainly work is organized from the office.
Salary: Base salary from 2700 EUR Gross + bonus (monthly)

What you will do
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the Irish market.
- Conduct outreach to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify leads through discovery conversations and book meetings for the Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with the Growth team to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report on sales activities.
- Provide prospect feedback to improve product positioning and sales approaches.
Requirements
- Native English and excellent communication skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection effectively.
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn CRM and sales engagement platforms.
