What you will do
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads through various channels (phone, email, social media).
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement lead generation and qualification strategies.
- Research and understand prospective clients' needs to effectively communicate product/service value.
- Work with CRM tools to maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, track progress, and report on key metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to adapt to change in a dynamic work environment.
- Fluent in English.
