What you will do

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective lead generation and qualification strategies.
  • Research prospective clients' needs and pain points to communicate the product's value proposition.
  • Manage CRM tools to maintain accurate records of interactions, track progress, and report key metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in the CEE market.
  • Fluent in English and at least one of the following: Polish, Estonian, Ukrainian, or Russian.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Target-driven mindset and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
