What you will do

• Lead and execute enterprise HR transformation initiatives to improve scalability, efficiency, and business alignment.
• Design future-state HR processes and operational frameworks to support organizational growth.
• Drive end-to-end ownership of initiatives from assessment and design through execution and stabilization.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows and service delivery through automation and emerging technology.
• Lead organizational change management efforts tied to system implementations and operational restructures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to ensure alignment across HR, IT, Finance, and Legal teams.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain required customer clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale HR transformation or operational redesign projects.
• Strong understanding of HR systems, process automation, and workflow optimization.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working within a government contracting environment.
• Understanding of compliance and workforce complexities in federal contracting.
