Salary: $99,000–$130,000

What you will do
- Lead and execute enterprise HR transformation initiatives to improve scalability, efficiency, and business alignment.
- Design future-state HR processes and operational frameworks to support organizational growth.
- Drive end-to-end ownership of initiatives from assessment and design through execution and stabilization.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows and service delivery through automation and emerging technology.
- Lead organizational change management efforts tied to system implementations and operational restructures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to ensure alignment across HR, IT, Finance, and Legal teams.
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required customer clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale HR transformation or operational redesign projects.
- Strong understanding of HR systems, process automation, and workflow optimization.
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience working within a government contracting environment.
- Understanding of compliance and workforce complexities in federal contracting.
