What you will do

• Own the full onboarding lifecycle, ensuring a controlled, high-quality client onboarding experience.
• Manage multiple implementations simultaneously across different client segments and geographies.
• Create clarity and drive alignment across cross-functional internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as the central point of ownership during onboarding, leading clients through the process, building trust, and guiding them on what a viable implementation looks like.
• Contribute to improving implementation frameworks, playbooks, and ways of working.
• Leverage data and tools (including AI) to improve forecasting, efficiency, and scalability.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B enterprise implementation — either in enterprise asset management, SaaS, fintech, or data integration environments.
• Experience delivering end-to-end enterprise implementations for multi-stakeholder accounts whilst proactively mitigating ambiguity and risk.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience leading conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capability, with a clear sense of ownership and accountability for delivery outcomes.
• English: native or high professional level
• Spanish: native or high professional level
• French: professional level (must)
