What you will do
- Own the full onboarding lifecycle, ensuring a controlled, high-quality client onboarding experience.
- Manage multiple implementations simultaneously across different client segments and geographies.
- Create clarity and drive alignment across cross-functional internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the central point of ownership during onboarding, leading clients through the process, building trust, and guiding them on what a viable implementation looks like.
- Contribute to improving implementation frameworks, playbooks, and ways of working.
- Leverage data and tools (including AI) to improve forecasting, efficiency, and scalability.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B enterprise implementation — either in enterprise asset management, SaaS, fintech, or data integration environments.
- Experience delivering end-to-end enterprise implementations for multi-stakeholder accounts whilst proactively mitigating ambiguity and risk.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience leading conversations with senior stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving capability, with a clear sense of ownership and accountability for delivery outcomes.
- English: native or high professional level
- Spanish: native or high professional level
- French: professional level (must)
