What you will do

• Manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle from sales turnover to support handover.
• Drive project management for platform deployment and ensure successful integrations.
• Define hirify.global platform architecture for clients and facilitate 3rd party app integrations.
• Follow customer portfolios to increase product adoption and deliver complementary solutions.
• Contribute to knowledge base and strengthen services with partner ecosystem.
• Onboard new Solution Deployment Managers.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years professional consulting experience in a customer-facing role.
• Previous deployment experience of SaaS products, ideally HR related.
• Project management skills.
• Understanding and experience working with APIs and SSO configuration & troubleshooting.
• Ability to adapt communication for highly technical and less technical stakeholders.
• Organized, structured, and analytical, able to manage priorities across multiple customer implementations.
• Native German proficiency, very good English proficiency (level B2).
