Requirements

• 1 year of B2B customer-facing support or success experience (MUST)
• Native-level English proficiency (MUST)
• Located within commutable distance to Melbourne for a hybrid schedule (3 days/week in office) (MUST)
• Experience in a SaaS company (preferred).
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and strong collaboration skills.
