Implementation Consultant (SaaS): Managing the customer onboarding process for workforce management software with an accent on project planning, process workshops, and change management. Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Cologne, Germany, with regular travel across the DACH region and monthly trips to the HQ in The Hague, Netherlands.

Salary: €3,500 – €5,500 gross per month

What you will do

• Lead customers through the onboarding process from initial intake to independent software usage.
• Collaborate with Sales and technical teams to estimate project scope and create detailed onboarding plans.
• Conduct process workshops and guide change management for large-scale customers in the DACH region.
• Deliver engaging training sessions for end-users.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize efficiency and customer interactions.
• Manage multiple concurrent onboardings across various industries.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in implementation, project, or consultancy roles, preferably in SaaS or B2B.
• C1-level proficiency in German and English.
• Willingness to travel across the DACH region and to The Hague, Netherlands.
• Strong communication skills and experience with change management.
• Ability to quickly learn and explain new technical tools.
• Proficiency in using AI as a part of daily workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce or similar project management tools.
• PRINCE2 or similar project management methodology certification.
• Professional background in the hospitality industry.
