Location: Must be based in the Netherlands with a hybrid setup (2 days onsite in Utrecht, 3 days remote)

Salary: Up to €7,000 gross per month

What you will do

• Own migration projects from planning through dry runs to final cut over
• Translate integration and migration plans into clear, time-bound roadmaps
• Coordinate engineering, data, security, product, and external stakeholders
• Map dependencies, mitigate risks, and maintain project momentum
• Prepare and facilitate dry runs, go/no-go decisions, and go-live moments
• Track and report progress, risks, and issues to leadership

Requirements

• Must be based in the Netherlands with no IND visa sponsorship
• 4 to 7 years of project management experience in tech, SaaS, cloud, or data migration
• Proven experience managing multi-team projects with technical deliverables
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus

Nice to have

• Experience working with technical teams and understanding high-level architectures
• Fluency in Dutch language
