What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end product design initiatives for a complex payroll and payments ecosystem.
  • Design intuitive, scalable, and accessible enterprise-grade interfaces.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to validate solutions.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the design system and maintain consistency.
  • Facilitate design critiques, workshops, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Mentor peers and advocate for strong design practices and usability standards.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Extensive experience as a Product Designer in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and systems thinking.
  • Expertise in user-centered design, interaction, and visual design.
  • Fluent written and spoken English communication skills are required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

  • Experience in HRTech, FinTech, payroll, or compliance-focused platforms.
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation tools in design workflows.
