What you will do

• Manage and develop the design team through structured 1:1s, goal setting, and career support.
• Drive the practical adoption of AI tools to improve team efficiency and output quality.
• Define intake processes, set SLAs, and track design delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Oversee usability testing and user research to ground design decisions in data and evidence.
• Scale the design system and ensure consistency across product and brand touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing stakeholders to shape work and align on outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong foundation in design craft.
• 3+ years of people management experience including hiring and team development.
• Proven ability to introduce AI tools or workflows to improve team efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform and prioritise design work.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to refine customer-facing language.
• Experience in fintech or a regulated environment is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling a design system and driving engineering adoption.
• Experience setting up UX dashboards or integrating design metrics into product analytics.
• Experience working on both product and marketing design within the same team.
