TL;DR

Midweight Product Designer (AI): Designing high-fidelity digital product features and user experiences for diverse clients with an accent on full-cycle product design and iterative testing. Location: Hybrid with London as a base location; must be fully flexible for assignments involving periods of time away from home.

What you will do

  • Create high-fidelity designs and prototypes to solve customer needs and client challenges.
  • Conduct desk research and support user research to inform design decisions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
  • Collaborate in cross-functional squads and facilitate client workshops.
  • Experiment with AI tools to evolve design practices and improve operational efficiency.
  • Refine information architecture and utilize motion or animation to showcase ideas.

Requirements

  • Experience launching or evolving digital products in a market.
  • Proven track record working within an agency, consultancy, or in-house team for established brands.
  • Proficiency in the full product design process, from initial analysis and sketching to final delivery.
  • Experience designing for both mobile and web platforms.
  • Strong collaborative attitude and a commitment to iterative testing and feedback.
  • Must be based in London or able to work hybrid from the London office.
